Account Representative, Key Account (TONT)

Develop, maintain and build positive relationships with customers to meet established sales or exceed sales targets to the coffee shops and hawker centers. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targets
  • Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and potential customers
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Maintain close working relationships with existing major customers in your assigned area to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded

 

ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • Secondary/GCE 'O' and above 
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in FMCG industry
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Excellent working relationship with Customers and Trade
  • Independent and A Good Team Player
  • Able to multi-tasks
  • Basic computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Possess own transport vehicle
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
