At Carlsberg, we believe that getting the gender balance right is a crucial step toward building a more inclusive and representative organisation.

As part of our Accelerate SAIL ambitions, we’ve set clear, time-bound targets to drive progress. Our goal: to achieve a minimum of 40% representation of the underrepresented gender in senior leadership roles by 2030, which currently means increasing the share of women in these positions.

At Carlsberg Singapore, we are actively building towards this goal through meaningful action. We’ve signed the CEO Statement of Support for the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a global initiative by UN Women and the UN Global Compact. These principles provide a clear framework for advancing gender equality in the workplace, marketplace, and community.
