Learning Opportunities

OUR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT APPROACH

Learning is a key element in the development and motivation of employees -- and especially in talent development.

Our approach to learning & development is based on a model where we strive for 70% experience, e.g. short or long term assignments; 20% exposure e.g. mentoring, networking, coaching, and finally, 10% formal learning and training in an action-based and blended format.

In 2024, we invited employees to join Critical Conversation training—because while we say “your voice matters,” speaking up isn’t always easy, especially in cultures where feedback isn’t the norm.

But constructive dialogue isn’t just a talent—it’s a skill. With the right tools and mindset, tough conversations can become powerful moments of growth and connection.

Because honest conversations don’t divide teams—they strengthen them.

Every year, we train our teams to better understand  Unconscious biases that often influence workplace decisions, behaviors, and interactions—often without us even realizing it

From confirmation bias to gender bias, affinity bias, halo and horn effects, and more—these subtle filters can influence how we hire, lead, and collaborate.

We train on unconscious bias because awareness is the first step toward inclusion —and inclusion is the foundation of real teamwork.

In 2024, we trained our teams to “Lead Others”, supporting the transition from individual contributor to manager.

Because becoming a manager isn’t just a new title—it’s a new game. Success is no longer just about your own performance. You have to let go of control, navigate shifting peer relationships, and handle pressure from all sides.

To make that transition smoother, we equip our new managers with guidance, tools, and support.

Because great leaders aren’t born—they’re built

In 2024, we created our Extended Leadership Team to bring sharper insights to strategy—and greater force to execution.

Once aligned, they don’t just follow the plan—they amplify it.

In 2024, we came together for a Growth Culture Workshop—because the difference between managing the status quo and growing the business often lies in a mindset shift.

We wanted to equip our teams to learn it all (vs. know it all), lead with inclusivity (vs. authority), empower (vs. delegate), seek opportunities (vs. fix problems), and develop people (vs. process).
