Eager to expand her skills, Vickki took on a cross-functional, cross-border role at Carlsberg Singapore as Senior Manager in Value Management & Sales Capability, gaining broader commercial experience in a new market.

Jackson began his journey as an Assistant Manager in Modern Off-Trade (MOFT) at Carlsberg Singapore. With strong performance and the right support, he progressed to become Manager of MOFT, deepening his expertise and taking on greater responsibilities within the same function.

MEET MEI LING, MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE

Mei Ling’s journey is a perfect example. She started in Carlsberg Malaysia as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, then became Assistant Manager. Her career took a pivotal turn during a Short-Term Assignment in Vietnam, where she led HR efforts to support Carlsberg’s expansion from Northern to Southern Vietnam.
As HR Project Manager, Mei Ling worked closely with the local team to transfer knowledge, coach talent, and develop key areas like recruitment, organisational development, employee experience, employer branding, and HR strategy. Her goal: to build a high-performing HR team that unlocks every member’s full potential.
Today, Mei Ling brings her international experience and collaborative spirit to Carlsberg Singapore as Human Resources Manager, continuing to shape people-first cultures, grow teams, and drive transformation.

Shawn’s journey shows what curiosity and support can achieve. In his first rotation with Key Account Management for MOFT (Modern Off-Trade), he co-designed a Power App to centralise datasets and improve efficiency, while also generating insights that boosted negotiations.
In his second rotation in Trade Marketing, Shawn worked on strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration, gaining valuable commercial experience.
